Learn how to create boundaries that serve you and your goals so that you can feel more energized and less tired. Not only do you need this, but you deserve it - too.
Food & Behaviour
You don't need to count calories and weight your food to achieve your goals. This program uses a special tool to help you receive the nutrients need, without the numbers.
Each month, you will complete one module. Each module has a focus (mentioned above) with sub-categories. The aim of each focus is to gradually shift your mindset from how you currently feel to how you WANT to feel. Each module will have audio recordings and worksheets so that you can implement necessary change, without feeling over or under whelmed.
2 GROUP COACHING CALLS / WEEK
If you are experiencing struggle, have questions, or wanting community support - you have found the right place for guidance. During these one hour coaching calls, I will host workshops and individual hot-seat coaching to help you remove obstacles and achieve your goals.
