#SweatForGood with Coach Mandy YYC and give back to our community while you do it!
How, exactly? In support of their work in mental health, 50% of the proceeds from tickets sales will be directed to United Way of Calgary and Area!!
This fitness class will be completed LIVE via Zoom. All you need is the following:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Water bottle AND/OR a beverage of choice that is suitable for the time of day
- An exercise mat or a towel
- And your AMAZING self!
Event Date & Time: May 7th @ 12:00PM - 1:30PM MST
Class will begin from 12:00PM - 12:45PM. From 12:45PM - 1:30PM we will host a breakout room where we can answer questions, connect, and have our beverage that is suitable for the time of day!
