As a nutrition and exercise specialist, I've never really made much sense. For example, brew tours are my sh*t, but so are 10k runs. I have many hobbies and interests OTHER than exercise and nutrition, and that's OKAY, because health is soooooo much more than that. Health should be well-rounded, and can be achieved through physical movement, mental stimulation, and feeding the soul, whatever that may be for YOU. Fitting in is lame, I want to show the world that fitness, nutrition, and health can be unconventional to what society defines them as. Let's show them together!

MOBILITY & RECOVERY

I incorporate a variety of stretching methods in every workout - and I have mobility and yoga specific specific classes to help you connect your mind, body, and soul. Adequate mobility helps to decrease the risk of injury and increase your range of motion

MINDSET & MEDITATION

Workout because you f*cking love your body, not because you hate it. Not only will you learn how to exercise, but how to embody it. A healthy body includes a healthy mind, change starts here.

TRAINING STYLES

My OG training style includes a mix of HIIT, CARDIO, STRENGTH, BARRE, and PILATES. With short bursts of high intensity exercise, combined with balance and strength training - you will receive sweaty and time-efficient workouts that help to burn fat, build muscle, and crush goals!

 

STRETCHING &

RECOVERY

I incorporate a variety of stretching methods in every workout. Stretching helps to decrease the risk of injury and increase your range of motion. 

HIIT &

CARDIO

HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. This sweaty and time-efficient training style helps burn fat, build muscle, and crush goals!
