As a nutrition and exercise specialist, I've never really made much sense. For example, brew tours are my sh*t, but so are 10k runs. I have many hobbies and interests other than exercise and nutrition, and that's okay, because health is so much more than that. Health should be well-rounded, and can be achieved through physical movement, mental stimulation, and feeding the soul, whatever that may be for YOU. Fitting in is lame, I want to show the world that fitness, nutrition, and health can be unconventional to what society defines them as. Let's show them together!
