Cyclical Nutrition Coaching: Why It's Important

Diet trends such as macro counting, calorie restriction, and fasting do not work well for females. Our four menstrual phases demand different amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and calories – as our metabolic rate and physiological needs change weekly. This is why mainstream dieting works well for men, but not women. By recognizing that our bodies work differently than men’s do and adopting new methods are personalized to our biology, we can begin to hone our hormonal power and overall health. My goal is to help females nurture their bodies in a way that is designed specifically for us so they can experience long-term success and a new level of health!
